Terms of Service
Draft V1 — last updated July 11, 2026.
Draft for launch — have counsel review before relying on it
These terms govern use of this website and documentation services provided by Tulsa Roof Reports. By requesting or accepting services, you agree to them.
1. What the service is
Tulsa Roof Reports provides visual property documentation: aerial photographs and related deliverables that record the visible condition of roofs and property exteriors at the time of capture, organized and labeled for reference.
2. What the service is not
- Not an inspection. Deliverables are not a roof inspection, home inspection, engineering assessment, or any licensed professional evaluation, and no professional findings, diagnoses, or recommendations are expressed or implied.
- Not a complete condition record. Documentation shows what was visible from the air under the conditions of the flight. Concealed, internal, obstructed, or non-visible conditions are outside its scope, and no guarantee of completeness is made.
- Not an insurance determination. Deliverables do not establish coverage, causation, or claim outcomes. Tulsa Roof Reports is not an adjuster and does not negotiate claims.
Tulsa Roof Reports provides visual property documentation. Deliverables are informational and do not replace evaluations performed by licensed roofing, engineering, insurance, inspection, or construction professionals.
3. Weather, scheduling, and operations
Flights depend on weather, daylight, airspace status, site access, and safety conditions. Confirmed schedules are good-faith commitments that may move when conditions require; rescheduling due to conditions is not a breach of these terms. All flights are subject to weather, airspace rules, site access, and operational safety conditions. Some locations require additional airspace review before a flight can be confirmed.
4. Airspace and legal limits
Operations are conducted under applicable FAA regulations. Some locations require airspace authorization before flight, and some locations or times cannot be flown at all. If a requested property cannot be lawfully or safely documented, we will say so; declining or aborting a flight for safety or legal reasons is always permitted.
5. Property access and permissions
You represent that you own the property to be documented or are authorized by the owner to request its documentation, and that you will secure any access arrangements needed (gates, tenants, site rules). You agree not to request documentation of property you have no right to document.
6. Deliverables and acceptable use
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables for your personal or business purposes related to the documented property — including sharing them with contractors, insurers, buyers, boards, and advisors. Reselling deliverables as stock imagery or using them to misrepresent property conditions is not permitted. Deliverables are provided through a secure link; you are responsible for who you share that link with.
7. Intellectual property
Tulsa Roof Reports retains copyright in the imagery and reports it creates, subject to the license above. Website content, the report format, and branding remain our property. [Alternative ownership arrangements for commercial clients can be agreed in writing — legal review.]
8. Payment
Services are quoted per project before any work is scheduled. [Payment terms, methods, cancellation windows, and refund policy to be finalized — legal review. No online payment is collected through this website at this time.]
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tulsa Roof Reports's total liability arising from services or deliverables is limited to the amount paid for the project giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including decisions made by you or third parties in reliance on visual documentation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. [Jurisdiction-specific language — legal review.]
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. [Venue and dispute process — legal review.]
